The first two days were great! Although it was hot we had a great time. On this post, you will find a few photos of the some of the students explorations from the first 2 days.
Some students explored making patterns and sorting!
Other students explored making picture and towers out of pattern blocks.
We explored our school by taking a tour.
We also explored several sings for words and letters in sign language. You may notice the students singing a song and signing the letter "b."
On the playground, many friends explored the "Here We Grow Discovery Garden."
Harlan found some fungus growing
on a log and was intrigued!
Ja'Lynee found a basket of goards that were
grown in our garden.
She explored their shapes and colors.
Don't forget, tomorrow is open house. The students will be ready to show you around our classroom! I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend.
