This week we also had some special visitors. Mr. Paul and Miss Carrie brought their tortoise, leopard gecko, and bearded dragon to school for a visit. The students had great questions for them and continue to show a great interest in reptiles. Mr. Paul and Miss Carrie talked to us about how to care for these animals and where they come from all over the word. They allowed us to touch the reptiles but we were sure to wash our hands thoroughly when we were finished.
I have overheard a few students talking to each other about how they would like to study reptiles next. We'll see if they chose to study reptiles next!
